Brand Assets

Every Opreto logo, in one place.

Everything you need to present the Opreto brand consistently.

Download the whole kit ZIP, 1.1 MB. Unpack it and the folder names match the sections below.

Naming

The wordmark is drawn in capitals. That is artwork, not an instruction for how to write the name.

In writing

Opreto, in sentence case. Not OPRETO, not opreto. The only lowercase form is in a domain or an address, like opreto.com or info@opreto.com.

Legal name

The registered entity is Opreto Corporation. Use it in contracts, legal notices, and anywhere a formal entity name is required. Everywhere else, Opreto on its own is correct. There is no Inc. or LLC form.

The tagline

Optimal Velocity, title case. It is the name of how we deliver, so it reads as a proper noun in a sentence as well as sitting in the tagline lockup.

Finding us

@opretocorp on X and Facebook, linkedin.com/company/opreto, and github.com/opreto. The handles differ by platform, so copy them rather than guessing from the name.

Using the logo

The logo is one piece of artwork. Place it, scale it, and leave it alone.

Clearspace

Keep a margin of at least one third of the mark's height clear on every side. That is the same gap the lockup already puts between the mark and the wordmark, so if it looks balanced against the logo's own spacing, it is right. The files whose names end in -on-white, -on-teal, or -on-black have that margin built in.

Minimum size

The horizontal logo holds up down to 120 px wide on screen, or 25 mm in print. The tagline lockup needs 200 px or 40 mm before OPTIMAL VELOCITY starts to fill in. Below that, use the mark on its own.

Which file

Reach for the SVG first. It is sharp at any size and it is what print shops and design tools want. Use a PNG only when something refuses an SVG, and pick the size closest to how large it will appear, not the biggest one in the folder.

Color

Dark teal is #022D2C. Use the dark teal logo on light backgrounds and the white logo on dark ones. The black version exists for single-color print and fax-grade reproduction, not as a style choice.

Please do not

  • Recolor the logo, including into brand colors it does not already come in.
  • Stretch, squash, or rotate it. Scale both dimensions together.
  • Add a shadow, a glow, an outline, a gradient, or a bevel.
  • Put the dark teal logo on a dark background, or the white one on a light background. Pick the version that already works.
  • Rebuild the lockup by setting the word in a font. The wordmark is drawn artwork, not type.
  • Box the logo in, or crop it so the mark is cut off.
  • Put the logo on a busy photograph. If you must, use a solid-background version.

Box logo

The same horizontal logo, centered on a square. Upload this wherever a square is wanted or a circular crop gets applied for you: the whole lockup sits inside the circle, so nothing gets cut off.

Logo with tagline

The horizontal lockup with OPTIMAL VELOCITY set beneath the wordmark. Use it where the logo gets room to breathe, not in a cramped header.

Mark only

The hexagon on its own, with no wordmark. For favicons, app icons, watermarks, and anywhere the Opreto name already appears nearby.

Profile and avatar

The mark centered on a solid plate, sized so it survives the crop every platform applies. Square, rounded, and circular.

Colors

Values are transcribed from the brand guidelines. Pantone first where color has to match exactly, CMYK for print, hex and RGB for screen.

Primary

The brand. Dark teal and white carry almost everything, with teal as the deeper companion. Reach for these first and stay here unless you have a reason not to.
